We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and improving the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical data within the Item Master. In this role, you will collaborate with Sourcing, Contracting and Clinical teams and other stakeholders to ensure that data is collected, analyzed, and reported in a timely and accurate manner. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving data quality issues and developing strategies to prevent data quality problems from occurring in the future and work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the data being used is accurate and meaningful. **Major Responsibilities:** + Support and uphold data quality policies, procedures, and standards for the healthcare supply chain organization. + Analyze and support data quality assurance activities to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness across all data sets. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, resolve and prevent data quality issues, including data cleansing, data enrichment, and data normalization. + Support the development of data quality metrics and reports to measure and report on data quality performance. + Perform root cause analysis of data quality issues and provide recommendations for improvement **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree required. + Minimum of 1 year of experience in data management. + Clinical background as an LPN, RN, or surgical technologist — or — experience with Item Master or product categorization in collaboration with members or distributors is highly preferred. + Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking and problem-solving. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong internet research skills (e.g., Google search). + Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively In today's challenging business environment of cost pressures, supply disruptions, and workforce shortages, it is crucial for providers to efficiently manage expenses and enhance performance.
