Your responsibilities:

Support of EU Data Protection OfficerActing as global business partner for data protection related enquiriesAdvising and monitoring Data Protection compliance incl. Internal and external Audits (on-site/remote)Supporting compliance with Fresenius Medical Care’s corporate guidelines and governance policiesIdentifying potential risks and developing appropriate (preventive) mitigating actionsAutomating standard processesTraining on Data Protection and AI
 

Your Profile:

Law degree requiredAdditional certification in Data Protection and/or AI governance is a plus3+ years post-qualification experience in Data ProtectionSound knowledge of the GDPR, the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the EU AI ActNew technology-oriented mindsetAdvanced skills and experience in negotiating and advising on complex or high value/risk mattersAbility to translate a wide variety of principles and complex legal requirements into actionable solutions for the businessHigh degree of integrity, confidentiality, trust and accountabilityExcellent organizational, facilitation, communication and presentation skillsAbility to work autonomously, yet a team playerStrong result driven attitude, flexible, strong ethical backboneHumor and self-modesty, whilst working with highest professionalism and motivation for the companyFluent in German and English
