Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a data protection officer

Proven experience as a data protection officer with a strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations (e.g., PDPL, GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Relevant legal or compliance qualifications (e.g., law degree, CIPP/E, CIPM)

Strong understanding of data protection principles, including data minimization, purpose limitation, and accountability

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
