NTT DATA's Client is seeking an experienced Data Program Manager to lead the Helix initiative a strategic enterprise program to build a unified, GxP-validated data platform for the PSG group.
This platform will ingest data from enterprise systems such as SAP and serve as the foundational data source for internal and client-facing applications including MySupply.
The ideal candidate will bring strong enterprise data program leadership experience, deep stakeholder management expertise, and proven success delivering complex, cross-functional data initiatives in regulated (GxP) environments.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategy
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data platform programs from strategy through execution and operationalization.
Define program vision, roadmap, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics aligned to business objectives.
Drive alignment between business priorities and technical execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Data Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, IT, Security, Compliance, and Business stakeholders.
Manage interdependencies across multiple projects, workstreams, and teams.
Coordinate and oversee multiple project managers supporting various program tracks.
Planning & Execution
Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Implement risk mitigation and dependency management strategies.
Track KPIs and performance metrics to ensure value realization.
Governance, Compliance & Quality
Ensure adherence to data governance, security, compliance, and regulatory standards, especially within biosciences / GxP environments.
Manage change controls and ensure GxP validation documentation and processes are followed.
Support audits and compliance reviews where required.
Executive Communication & Reporting
Facilitate executive steering committees.
Provide clear, concise, and actionable program updates to senior leadership.
Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused insights.
Vendor & Financial Management
Support vendor evaluation, selection, and management.
Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budget tracking.
Delivery Excellence
Champion best practices in Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Drive continuous improvement across program execution practices.
Lead change management initiatives to support organizational adoption.
Required Qualifications
1015+ years of overall experience, with:
At least 710 years in program/project management
Minimum 5+ years leading enterprise data or analytics platform programs
5+ years of proven experience delivering large-scale data transformation initiatives.
5+ years of strong experience working in regulated environments (GxP experience highly preferred).
Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent workstreams and project managers.
Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP and modern data platforms (cloud-based platforms preferred).
Strong knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security standards.

Experience in biosciences, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments
Experience delivering GxP-validated systems
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
