Position Purpose:
The Data Product Manager (PM) role is responsible for delivering business value by driving sales, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction through the production of high-quality data-driven products. Within the enterprise data product line, the PM will focus on delivering incremental value by driving product changes and working closely with developers, designers, analysts, and business partners.
This role requires a strong understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle, particularly when data itself is the product. The PM will be responsible for conducting in-depth business reviews, defining objectives and key results (OKRs) for initiatives, and effectively communicating progress across all levels of the organization. Success in this role requires the ability to combine product management expertise with a strong analytics background to ensure data solutions are impactful, accurate, and valuable to the business.

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
Typically reports to the Product Management Manager or Sr. Manager.
Travel Requirements:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
