Proven experience in data product management, portfolio management, or a similar role within financial services or risk management. Strong understanding of data management principles, including governance, quality, and lifecycle management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. Organisational skills with experience in tools such as JIRA and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with agile methodologies, data platforms, and analytics solutions, with certifications in related fields being advantageous.
