**Key Responsibilities:** + Provides Data Administration support for the Medical Field Force Effectiveness Team + Consolidates data to maintain the accuracy of monthly Medical Field Operations Directory + Coordinates with the Medical Field Operations team to provide support on Dashboard and CRM + Creates and maintains Field Force Effectiveness reports, and analyzes data as required + Conducts reviews to ensure integrity of MFFE data + May be assigned data and report projects from time to time **Qualifications:** + Must be proficient in tools like Power BI and MS Excel reports and analysis + With basic understanding of data management, structuring and analysis + Experience with systems utilized for Customer Relationship Management (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage + Understands data insights and storytelling through data + Technological know-how on solutions in support of field operations objectives
