Overview This is a strategic and dynamic role that is positioned to drive effectiveness creating value through centralized data partner management, with close collaboration across Commercial Teams, Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Information Technology, Governance and more (navigating account team through to contract and incorporation planning). Responsibilities The Manager of Data Partnerships – Ad Tech & Media will lead a team within the Global Data Partnership and Acquisition organization, responsible for managing strategic data partnerships through new data acquisition to data optimization, delivering business value, speed, and impact with efficiency. Moreover, this person will support PepsiCo’s key data partnerships in the media and ad tech ecosystem, supporting products focused on consumer insights, activation, measurement and other partnerships assigned. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the media and ad tech landscape and have skills and experience in data products, product marketing, and business development. They will interact with senior members of the organizations and lead conversations on how to incorporate 1st, 2nd & 3rd Party data into the decision-making process and digital products. Drive Success of Current Partnerships: Own the relationship with 2nd & 3rd Party Data Partners supporting PepsiCo’s Marketing and Consumer initiatives Lead team of Data Partner Managers supporting business units, sectors, accounts Serve as the escalation point for all troubleshooting and issue mitigation Lead ongoing stakeholder communication and collaboration Optimize Data Investments & Data Strategy: Strategically lead negotiation and execute various contracts (data licensing agreements, third party agreements, etc.) with 2nd & 3rd Party Data Partners that fit into stakeholders defined budgets, yielding maximum value Own the process of identifying, assessing, and aid in implementation of new data/workflows/technology, across assigned data partnerships Proactively research and understand the global landscape, drive data strategy for existing or new data & digital initiatives and identify new data opportunities Implement Strategy & Drive Customer Satisfaction: Support the Strategy & Transformation and Marketing product portfolio created out of existing or purposely acquired data-sets that can be used to improve decision making and intelligent action by consumers, enterprises or other organizations Lead and develop the team’s expertise in industry trends, best practices and new developments that will aid in marketing efficiencies and effectiveness Develop and optimize workflows to ensure we are maximizing efficiencies and meeting all business needs Lead key cross-functional relationships across the organization and navigate a matrixed environment Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
