Our client, a leading organization in the Oil & Gas sector, is seeking a Data Operations Associate to join their back-office team on a permanent basis. This opportunity offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a hybrid role based in Mississauga, with an expectation of working on-site three days per week. Key Responsibilities: + Manage daily customer enrollment processes, including contract processing, enrollments, pricing updates, de-enrollments, billing, settlements, and handling enrollment rejections with utility providers. + Handle sensitive customer data with care, including account details, meter readings, and billing information. + Oversee the customer renewal process across the portfolio. + Generate and deliver regular reports on enrollment activity using Microsoft Excel. + Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends and support strategic business decisions. + Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot and resolve technology-related issues. + Ensure data accuracy and integrity across operational systems. + Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as required.
