We are seeking a Data & Operational Readiness Manager to join our Work Dynamics business line. This role will be supporting a major transition that is in flight and support the account leadership with data-driven decision-making and operational readiness within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Role PurposeThe role will support project and program readiness the EMEA portfolio across all the services we will implement. This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and operational readiness activities to ensure smooth transitions and effective project delivery.
Role RequirementsKey responsibilities include:
- Assist in coordinating project performance and governance across diverse initiatives.
- Support the development and maintenance of post go live project plans
- Provide data analysis and reporting to support project decision-making.
- Help implement readiness processes and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for new projects and transitions.
- Monitor project milestones and assist in identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities- Support regional real estate initiatives and operational execution.
- Assist with onboarding processes including due diligence and account stabilization.
- Coordinate with workstream leads to ensure alignment across HR, Finance, Technology, and other functions.
- Prepare and review financial and operational data to support project evaluations.
Key Performance Measures- Timely and accurate data reporting and analysis.
- Effective coordination of operational readiness activities.
- Support for successful project transitions and onboarding.
- Contribution to continuous improvement of PMO processes.
Experience & Qualifications- 5 years+ of experience in project coordination, data analysis, or operational support.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
