The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data migration, with expertise in Oracle HCM modules, including Core, Absence, Performance, Case Management, Learning and Development, Oracle Recruitment, Project Resource Deployment, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Payroll. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the data migration process, ensuring accurate and complete data transfer from legacy systems to Oracle HCM cloud applications. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data migration strategies, including data cleansing, transformation, and validation. * Develop and execute data migration plans, working closely with technical developers, functional stream consultants, and business users. * Manage data reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity post-migration. * Address and resolve data migration-related issues, working closely with stakeholders to find effective solutions. * Ensure compliance with Oracle HCM security requirements and best practices throughout the migration process. * Write comprehensive data migration outcome reports, showcasing the success of the migration and addressing any challenges encountered. * Maintain strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Commerical experience in Oracle HCM data migration or similar roles. * In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including Core, Absence, Performance, Case Management, Learning and Development, Oracle Recruitment, Project Resource Deployment, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Payroll. * Experience with SaaS HCM applications * Strong understanding of data migration principles, best practices, and tools. * Experience with data reconciliation, data cleansing, and data transformation techniques. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * As an equal opportunities’ employer, we welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
