The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Data Migration leader to join our distinguished team supporting USTRANSCOM. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, data migration best practices, and the ability to manage complex data migration projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with federal government entities and will be adept at navigating the unique challenges and compliance requirements associated with government projects.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
Provide leadership and guidance in data quality and data migration best practices
Develop detailed migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Perform detailed data analysis to understand current data landscapes and identify data relevancy and quality issues
Support the creation of data mapping documents to ensure accurate translation of data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA
Evaluate and select appropriate data migration tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, Informatica, etc.)
Oversee the execution of data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence
Collaborate with executive leadership on Next Generation ERP strategy and technology roadmaps
Qualifications:
Required:
Secret security clearance or US citizen with ability to successfully complete background investigation to obtain clearance
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study
15+ years of extensive, progressive experience in data migration across various SAP modules including SD, MM, QM, PM, FI
Expert-level knowledge of automation and low code technologies
Proven track record migrating large-scale, complex ERP environments
Experience with data migration tools (SAP Data Services, Informatica, etc.)
Superior skills in scripting, automation, and system integration
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Desired:
Certification in project management
Experience with Agile methodologies
Expertise in federal IT regulations, compliance, and security frameworks
Track record of successful large-scale system transformations or modernization efforts
Contributions to the field through publications or speaking engagements

The proposed salary range for this position is:
