Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Data Migration & Analytics Specialist to join their team in Orlando, FL. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Data Migration & Analytics Specialist to lead customer data migration efforts between systems. This role involves deep data validation, transformation, and optimization using SQL, Snowflake, SAP ECC/S4 HANA, and Excel. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, writing queries from scratch, and presenting data in a clear, actionable format. Key Responsibilities: * Migrate customer data from legacy systems to new platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness * Validate and deduplicate customer records, including credit lines, addresses, and payment terms * Perform one-to-one mapping of records * Handle complex data operations such as splitting and duplicating customer records based on match logic * Execute migration in structured waves (e.g., 20,000 records in Wave 1) * Build and optimize SQL queries, including joins, views, and table creation * Use Excel (pivot tables, lookups) to format and present data insights * Collaborate with teams using SAP ECC and S4 HANA systems * Share and manage data via SharePoint and SAP Direct * Utilize Copilot plug-ins for enhanced productivity
