As a Data Management Specialist, you will support the accurate entry, review, and maintenance of employee job and compensation data within our HR systems. Your role will focus heavily on ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely processing while assisting HR partners and employees with routine transactions. This position is crucial in ensuring high-quality data and supporting the overall effectiveness of our HR Services organization.
ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter and maintain employee job and compensation data in HR systems.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely processing of HR transactions.Support HR partners and employees with routine data-related transactions.Participate in the transition from PeopleSoft to new HR systems.Manage the employee lifecycle data, from hiring to termination.Perform minor data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and VLOOKUPs.Essential SkillsExperience with Workday is required.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data analysis.Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Good communication skills and ability to work with HR partners and team members.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with PeopleSoft is a plus.Prior experience with HRIS, data entry, or HR data transactions is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Familiarity with workforce management software is beneficial.Work EnvironmentThis position requires working four days onsite from Monday to Thursday, with a flexible day on Friday. The work hours are flexible, for example, 10 AM to 7 PM. The team is currently transitioning from PeopleSoft to a new HR system, and your assistance will be crucial during this busy integration period. The role is based in Davidson, and the work environment encourages data-driven decision-making with critical data management. Familiarity with automation tools is a nice-to-have.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.50 - $31.06/hr.
