Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:​

 

Dealer Data Management Specialist

Poznań, Poland

 

 

As a Data Management Specialist, you will be part of the Sales & Marketing Operations Center team that supports the full lifecycle of order processing. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer master data across multiple markets. Your work ensures data accuracy, supports invoicing and audit processes, and enables seamless operations between John Deere and its dealer network.

 

 

Your Responsibilities:​

Analyzing, completing, creating and updating master data to support day-to-day business operations. Maintenance and administration of sales conditions and invoicing process in SAP. Providing data accuracy according to the agreed timeline. Monitoring system and ensuring quality and compliance of master data. Possibility to participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Our requirements:

Experience in master data maintenance or order processing, ideally with working knowledge of SAP SD. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish. Paying attention to details and accuracy, analytical skills Advanced knowledge in Excel preferred. University graduate. Being a team player - creating trust, with high communication skills.
