Summary: Seeking a Data Management Specialist to create and maintain a desktop database for specification file data management.

Requirements:

Medium to advanced Excel skills Database knowledge preferred Knowledge of business data management best practices preferred Ability to write scripts ideal

Preferred Skills:

Experience in data collection and cleaning/organizing Experience with an MRP/ERP system

Responsibilities:

Set up a desktop database for storing specification file data Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to understand database needs Verify and load the most recent specification files into the database Associate excel production schedules with the database and update regularly Compare database contents with ERP/MRP systems to prevent duplication Generate reports from the database for cross-functional decision-making

Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
