Key Responsibilities
Being single point of contact for global data readiness lead within the specific product line
Drives the transformation of the legacy data across the specific product line.Ensure that data is accurately captured, stored and maintained throughout the product lifecycle. Ensure seamless integration of data from various sources into the PLM system.Establish data quality metrics and monitor data quality throughout the project. Implement data cleansing and validation processes to maintain high data quality.Ensure that data handling practices comply with relevant standards.Identify and mitigate data-related risks that could impact the success of the PLM project.Maintain comprehensive documentation of data management processes, data models and data governance policies.Understands and communicates current gaps (e.g. End-20End data flow….) compared to the specific product line’s requirements.Communicates with Key stakeholders and Data Owner on a regular base to identify change impact and risk mitigation.Collaborate across multiple capabilities to align integration of ExU’s business processes and data flow.Prepare decisions for Execution Unit’s (ExU) key stakeholders and global data readiness and process leads.Drives data team ramp up and support data migration activities.Continuously validates and refines capacity planning for FY26-28We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day. Work Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) degree with equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years’ experience in Data ManagementFully understands process and data specialties and critical requirements in execution unit for the specific capability.Strong Project management expertiseStrong CommunicatorAbility to build string networks.Capable of working in a multi-national/multi-cultural environment.Integrated PLM & SAP Knowledge is a plus.
