Job Description Insight Global is seeking a senior Healthcare Data Architect / FHIR Analytics Architect to join a Canadian health-tech company that enables interoperability, data management, and clinical reasoning for healthcare providers, payers, and researchers through their FHIR-native health data platform. The successful candidate must be someone who has already designed a payer-grade data lake and dimensional warehouse on top of FHIR and claims data, understands CMS interoperability and quality reporting, and can review and guide our canonical and analytical data models. The successful candidate must be comfortable being customer facing. This position can sit remote Canada or US-wide so long as the working hours are EST. Skills and Requirements · Deep experience designing Data Lake / Lakehouse architectures (Raw/Bronze, Curated/Silver, Analytics/Gold)  · Proven track record of building dimensional models (star/snowflake) on top of healthcare data (claims, clinical, quality, CMS reporting)  · Strong FHIR R4 data modeling knowledge:    o Resource relationships, references, profiling, US Core / CMS IGs    o Mapping FHIR → relational → dimensional  · Hands-on experience with reverse-engineering legacy healthcare schemas (EDW, claims marts, EHR extracts, CMS datasets)  · Ability to define and validate business rules:    o Member identity and deduplication    o Attribution logic    o Measure populations (denominator / numerator / exclusions)    o Financial & clinical rollups  · Expertise in UML / data architecture diagrams:    o Logical & physical data models    o Lineage & data flow    o Canonical model definitions  · Strong SQL & data validation background:    o Reconciliation logic    o Grain verification    o Performance-aware modeling  · Experience with CMS interoperability & analytics requirements (PA, P2P, Provider, Quality, Risk)  · Ability to review and challenge:    o Data model grain    o Slowly changing dimensions    o FHIR flattening strategies    o Partitioning & scalability  · Comfortable acting as:    o Data Modeller and Adviser    o Architecture reviewer    o Mentor to FHIR modelers and data engineers  · Has done this before in:    o Large payer/provider environments    o Regulatory / audit-sensitive programs Longitudinal patient data platforms
