The Data Integrity Manager and NSPT Supervisor is responsible for the
oversight of operations within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions related to various
systems, procedures, and processes dealing with prospect and applicant data. Key
responsibilities include:
*Write, run, and execute programs to gather specific data, counts, and trends from Banner and
the Data Warehouse.
*Load application and data from external sources like Slate, testing agencies, document delivery
services, etc. into Banner and BDM as needed.
*Troubleshoot issues and maintain quality as it relates to data and operational processes.
*Ensure data integrity across multiple systems like Slate, Banner, Microstrategy, and the
University Data Commons.
*Maintain and support a quality assurance process as it relates to application loads, data
imports, and decision loads and releases.
*Create, develop, and test new processes and procedures, and prepare for Banner upgrades in
collaboration with Enterprise Systems and other IT stakeholders.
*Ability to use SQL and SQR.
*Serve as liaison for external campus partners requesting data.
*Create and maintain documentation of all data integrity processes and procedures.
*Supervise and train New Student Processing Team in all aspects of data entry on applications
for admission.
*Oversee final transcript review process each cycle and ensure all data entry is accurate.
*Serve as a member of senior staff, contributing to meetings and providing input as it relates to data integrity, systems, and operations.
*Work with the Slate Manager for annual and ad hoc Slate updates to support the application process.
*Support annual recruitment and yield events through assigned duties on the weekends of
events.
