In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our data integration processes and automating workflows. You will play a key role in integrating data from multiple systems and creating micro-architectures to support our data-driven initiatives. **How you will contribute** You will: + Create micro-architectures to support specific data integration needs. + Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse and other data platforms. + Implement and promote Data as a Product (DaaP) principles to enable data ownership and access. + Build and manage data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using services such as BigQuery, and Cloud Storage. + Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective data integration solutions. + Monitor data integration processes and proactively identify and resolve issues related to data quality, performance, and security. + Develop and maintain data integration documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures. + Stay up-to-date with the latest data integration technologies and trends and recommend improvements to our data integration architecture and processes. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or similar experience. + 5+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, and data warehousing. + Strong understanding of data integration principles, data modeling techniques, and data quality best practices. + Experience with Data as a Product (DaaP) or data mesh concepts. + Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data services such as Dataflow, Dataproc, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage. + Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Automic. + Strong programming skills in Python or other scripting languages. + Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server. + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
