**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 3 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g., search, social, mobile, display, and video media), and creating customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for sales teams.
+ 3 years of experience in consumer and market insights, media measurement, or privacy landscape.
+ Experience in tagging, or data integration projects.
+ Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region .
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 5 years of experience in data-driven marketing, advertising technologies and business analytics tools (e.g., Analytics 4).
+ 3 years of Experience with third-party data integration tools or platforms.
+ Understanding of the industry's data and tech ecosystem.
+ Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally.
+ Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

As a Data Integration and Measurement Lead within the Product team, your primary role will be to drive data maturity and establish robust measurement strategies across Spanish-speaking Latin American markets and their key clients. This involves providing deep expertise in data integration, and comprehensive measurement approaches, all while ensuring the adoption of Google's products. You will offer expert guidance on data integration and privacy solutions, empowering sales teams and clients to maximize their campaign effectiveness and overall business outcomes. You will analyze data-driven insights to optimize performance, educate stakeholders on privacy-first measurement techniques, and facilitate the seamless integration of data and measurement best practices across various teams and platforms. You will also serve as a central point of contact for data integration expertise, ensuring strategic alignment, driving measurable growth, and exceeding performance targets across the digital landscape. Furthermore, you will act as a crucial liaison between global product teams and regional sales/client support teams.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Act as the key liaison with global teams to communicate the needs and bring product launches and recommendations to sales teams, taking 100% ownership of assigned products.
+ Work and collaborate with numerous cross-functional teams to set the strategy for your products to achieve desired adoption.
+ Educate Google's ecosystem and present solutions to various internal and external audiences.
+ Engage in specific client conversations when necessary, understand their business objectives and how the solutions can address their challenges.
+ Increase the advertiser's Digital AI maturity and overall media investment through the strategic usage of Data and Measurement technology.
