Your ‘Day to Day’

As the Data Insights Manager (internally titled Senior Business Partner), you’ll act as the strategic bridge between IT and complex business units across the Taiwan affiliate. You’ll lead advanced analytics initiatives, translate business needs into actionable data solutions, and deliver insights that drive high-impact decisions.

Lead large-scale analytics projects across multiple functions, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely deliveryBuild strong partnerships with senior stakeholders in Brand, Commercial, Consumer, and Program teamsTranslate complex business questions into sophisticated analytics solutions, collaborating with Data Analysts and Data ScientistsDrive adoption of analytics products and demonstrate their value across the organizationDeliver predictive and prescriptive analytics using Python to support strategic decision-makingOversee data migration activities within Snowflake environments, ensuring seamless integration and performancePresent compelling data narratives through dashboards and reports using enterprise BI tools like Power BI or TableauApply agile methodologies to deliver iterative value and continuous improvementMonitor and analyze large datasets to identify opportunities, solve problems, and inform strategy

Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field7+ years of experience in data analysis or business analysis rolesProven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence strategic decisionsStrong project management skills with experience leading large-scale analytics initiativesExpertise in SQL, data modeling, data warehousing, and big data technologiesAdvanced proficiency in Python for predictive and prescriptive analyticsExperience with Snowflake data environments and enterprise BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present complex insights clearlyRelevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, data analytics) are a plusFluent in Mandarin and English
