Establish metrics, create data visualizations and outline ETL needsExtract, clean and engineer data for readiness and accuracyInterpret information, develop hypotheses and recommend analytical approachesUtilize advanced visualization tools to deliver customer-ready reportsPresent findings and recommendations through compelling visualizations and presentationsFoster effective partnerships with cross functional teams

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience

Experience

5+ years of relevant technical or business work experience

Skills

Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and present dataAbility to make decisions and solve problems under pressureProven ability to prioritize and organize effectivelyProficiency in advanced analytics processes and reporting design principlesProficiency in SQL, Python or RUnderstanding of design and implementation practices within data visualization toolsEffective verbal and written communication skills for internal and external customers
