We are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to support our Quality department by entering, validating, and organizing calibration data within GageTrak. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and completeness of calibration records for all calibrated equipment.
ResponsibilitiesEnter, verify, and update calibration and maintenance data in GageTrak.Review existing records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.Assign and maintain equipment identification numbers.Organize manufacturer information and calibration documentation.Assist in general data clean-up and quality data management tasks.Use Excel to review, track, and reconcile data.Essential SkillsProficient in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and manipulation.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to follow established quality processes and documentation standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with GageTrak software is preferred.Knowledge of ERP or similar systems is helpful.Experience working in a manufacturing setting is a plus.Prior experience supporting calibration, maintenance records, or quality systems is advantageous.Work EnvironmentThis is a temporary role lasting 4-6 months, with the possibility of extension. The position is 100% onsite, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role involves sitting in an office setting attached to a production floor within an ITAR facility.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
