Other job-related duties may be assigned as required. **Key Responsibilities** + Build our data analytics framework ensuring alignment to business strategy as well as contribute to build our actuarial data solution involving in the definition of the overall health and architecture of our actuarial data analytics stack. + Build trusted, scalable data models that serve as the foundation for analytics and reporting + Conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate feature usage, business performance, customer behavior, investigate complex business, product and customer situations. + Increase Seguros Banamex’s business and customer understanding through data analysis & visualization, A/B testing, statistical modeling, and econometric models about elasticity + Drive comprehensive analysis to detect opportunities and support business in the implementation of actions oriented to increase customer attraction, customer engagement, product sales and persistency through statistical tools and descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics. + Analyze integrated datasets to extract value and influence business decisions + Support execution of large-scale projects and perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities + Track and evaluate the impact of new product releases and feature updates on key performance metrics. + Drive analysis to glean business or customer insights, prioritize and forecast impacts of initiatives or product/feature development, and make strategic recommendations **What's required** Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, data science, applied mathematics or related with a strong background in data models, computational science, statistics and mathematics Master degree o postgraduate are a plus More than 5 years experience working in a similar position is required, and working in the insurance industry is a plus.
