You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain standardized product attributes, manage data hierarchies, and enforce governance policies that support business processes and analytics. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Perform accurate and timely product data entry across required systems, following established standards and workflows. + Conduct routine data quality checks, audits, and basic analysis to identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvement. + Maintain product hierarchies and category structures to support reporting and analytics needs. + Document and update product data definitions, rules, and standard operating procedures. + Partner with stakeholders to clarify data requirements and ensure consistent interpretation of standards. + Support enforcement of governance policies, including taxonomy, naming conventions, and attribute standards. + Monitor incoming product data requests and resolve issues using established escalation paths. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to data quality, processes, and governance tools. + Provide guidance or basic training to stakeholders on product data processes and best practices. **Who You Are:** You are detail-oriented and thrive in environments where accuracy and consistency matter. You take ownership of your work, adapt quickly to new systems and processes, and maintain discipline in following standards to deliver high-quality results. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Minimum of three years of practical experience or relevant education in Information Management, Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline + Familiarity with concepts in data governance, master data management, or product information management. + Basic understanding of data quality principles, taxonomy, and data lifecycle. + Ability to learn enterprise systems (MDM/PIM platforms, ERP, CRM, analytics tools). + Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify inconsistencies in data. + Basic experience with SQL, Power BI, or data visualization tools. + Advanced English proficiency in both oral and written communication. **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + Experience working with product data, item masters, or catalog management (academic, internship, or project experience acceptable). + Exposure to MDM/PIM systems (e.g., Informatica, Profisee, Stibo, SAP/Oracle item master modules). + Understanding of product lifecycle or supply chain concepts. **Our Culture and Commitment To You:** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
