ABOUT THE JOB:
The Senior Data and Analytics Management Analyst is primarily responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective data and analytics governance program.
This person will play a critical role in developing, implementing procedures and executing controls on a regular cadence.
Success criteria include leveraging critical thinking, subject expertise, and anticipation of needs to provide solutions that meet the organization's needs; leading conversations with partners and effectively communicate with all stakeholders; and providing solutions based on an understanding of impacts / intersections with other business partners and lines of business.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Operationalize policies and standards developed by the Program, supporting compliance across the enterpriseDevelop and implement processes and proceduresExecute processes and controls on a regular cadenceMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes, measuring key performance indicators and making necessary adjustments or continuous improvementContribute, maintain, provide guidance and support to stakeholders on policies, standards, and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Collaborate to identify gaps and opportunities for improvementDevelop collaborative relationships with business and technology partners, communicating key activities, strategies, and impacts.Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption of the processesLead data and analytics working groups, fostering collaboration and decision-making related to policies and standards.Viewed as a trusted advisor in a given field for organizationStay current with regulations, industry trends, and emerging technologies related to the ProgramREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Process, Data Governance, Information Governance, Business Management, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.5+ years of relevant experienceTechnical Skills:
Data Governance: Implementing and maintaining data governance programs, including policies, standards, and procedures.Data Analysis: Analyzing data to identify gaps, opportunities for improvement, and measuring key performance indicators.Process Implementation: Developing and executing processes and controls on a regular cadence.Regulatory Compliance: Understanding and applying regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Soft Skills:

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $100,000 to $115,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
