Job DescriptionCintas is seeking a Data Governance Manager responsible for leading a team of partners to drive the plan for Data Governance. Responsibilities include developing the vision, strategy and messaging to articulate the ongoing progress toward target state. This program is focused on improving data quality for the organization to fuel innovation digital transformation and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Ensure visibility of key issues to senior leaders, particularly risks to meeting the commitments Establish accountability of data quality with monitoring processes, that identify data quality issue and implement corrective actions to improve data quality. Recruit, develop, and retain talent of data driven partners to uphold quality, integrity, and security of the organizations data assets and upholding them to standardization and processes. Skills/Qualifications Presentation skills — Ability to take complex topics and simplify messaging for constructive dialogue with Executive Leadership. Verbal communication — Acts expertly as organizational authority on clearly and effectively expressing ideas, requesting actions, and formulating plans or policiesRequired
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 10 years’ experience in one of the following areas or a combination of: digital customer experience, organizational transformation, operational leadership, sales leadership Ability to travel 10-15% of the time, including overnight travel
