תפקיד מוביל ואסטרטגי, האחראי על בנייה, יישום והטמעה של תהליכי ניהול מדיניות נתונים (Data Governance) בארגון. התפקיד כולל אחריות על הגדרת סטנדרטים, שמירה על איכות ומהימנות הנתונים, ניהול הרשאות ונגישות, וכן הטמעת מדיניות אחידה בהתאם לנהלים הגלובליים.

איך יראה היום יום שלך (תחומי אחריות) ?

יישום מדיניות, נהלים וסטנדרטים של נתונים.עבודה שוטפת עם בעלי נתונים וגורמי מפתח כדי להבטיח איכות, תאימות, סיווג וסודיות נתונים.הובלת יוזמות ופרויקטים מקומיים בעולם, בהלימה ליעדים עסקיים ולמדיניות החברה.ניטור ואכיפה של מדיניות הנתונים ברחבי הארגון.ביצוע הערכות איכות נתונים וביצוע ביקורות לשמירה על מידע מדויק ואמין.איתור בעיות איכות נתונים, מציאת פתרונות ויישומם.שיתוף פעולה עם Data Engineers, Data Scientists וגורמי IT להטמעת מדיניות נתונים.העברת הדרכות והטמעת מתודולוגיות עבודה.עבודה עם טכנולוגיות כגון Snowflake, Atlan ו‑LeanIX.דיווח שוטף להנהלה על מדדי איכות נתונים ו‑KPIs בתחום.

 

אז מה אנחנו מחפשים (יכולות וניסיון)?

הבנה מעמיקה של עקרונות מדיניות נתונים (DAMA‑DMBOK, ISO/IEC 38500, NIST AI RMF, NIST RDaaF וכדומה).ניסיון Hands‑on בבניית פתרונות, חוקים ותהליכים לשיפור איכות נתונים.שליטה בכלים וטכנולוגיות לניהול מדיניות נתונים כגון Atlan ו‑LeanIX.אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד – דיבור, קריאה וכתיבה. - חובהניסיון מוכח בניהול איכות נתונים ובביצוע ביקורות נתונים.ניסיון עם כלי BI/Data Visualization לצורך ניתוח ודיווח על מדדי ממשל נתונים.כישורי תקשורת וניהול ממשקים מעולים.יכולת הובלת פרויקטים מקצה לקצה.ידע בדרישות פרטיות נתונים ורגולציה.יכולת אנליטית גבוהה, פתרון בעיות ועבודה עצמאית.

We are looking for a Data Governance & Management Lead!

 

A strategic leadership role responsible for establishing, deploying, and maintaining strong data governance processes across the organization. This position ensures data integrity, quality, accessibility, and compliance while driving alignment with global standards and policies.

 

The selected candidate will report to Head of Data, Insights & Analytics.

 

What will your day-to-day look like (Responsibilities)?

Implement data governance policies, processes, and standards.Collaborate with data owners and key stakeholders to ensure data quality, compliance, confidentiality, and proper classification.Lead local data governance initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and corporate policies.Monitor and enforce data governance procedures across the organization.Conduct data quality assessments and audits to ensure accurate, reliable, and high‑quality data.Identify data quality issues, develop solutions, and oversee their implementation.Work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and IT/business teams to embed governance standards into pipelines and models.Deliver training sessions and promote data governance best practices.Utilize technologies such as Snowflake, Atlan, and LeanIX to manage and govern data effectively.Report data governance KPIs and metrics to senior leadership.

 

 

What are we looking for (Skills and Experience)?

Strong understanding of data governance principles (DAMA‑DMBOK, ISO/IEC 38500, NIST AI RMF, NIST RDaaF, etc.).Hands‑on experience implementing solutions, rules, and processes to improve data quality.Proficiency with data governance and management tools such as Atlan and LeanIX.Experience in data quality management and auditing.Experience with data visualization tools for monitoring and reporting governance metrics.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to lead and manage data governance projects.Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks.Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

 

Advantages:

B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in data management or a similar role.Native Hebrew speaker with high proficiency in English for speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory.Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business, IT, and analytics teams.Relevant certifications (e.g., DAMA, CDMP).Experience with data management technologies.Familiarity with machine learning and AI applications in data governance.

Strong project management skills.
