D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Data Entry and Utilities Coordinator for their Washington Accounting Department. The right candidate will create and maintain accurate and organized files and records. The annual compensation for this role is $45,000 - $55,000, commensurate with experience. This position is on site, Monday - Friday, in the Kirkland office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Generate files thru accurate data entry. Data entry will involve multiple departments including accounts payable and utility recordsMaintain current data files, retrieve requested file information and remove files upon requestCoordinate data preservation thru timely and accurate data scanningInput permit account entriesResearch past-due invoicesEnter expense statements/reimbursements approved for payment
