Key ResponsibilitiesReview, organize, and prepare paper and electronic quality documents for entry into digital systemsAccurately input and upload data into internal platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, and ExcelEnsure documentation is consistently labeled, categorized, and stored for easy retrieval and audit readinessVerify data for accuracy, completeness, and alignment across multiple systemsMaintain detailed tracking logs and documentation inventories to monitor backlog progressFollow established procedures and quality standards to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirementsIdentify and escalate discrepancies, missing information, or data inconsistenciesPartner with Quality team members to support document control processes and meet project deadlines
