Data Entry Specialist
Required Qualifications + 1–3+ years of recent experience in data entry, administrative support, or document processing roles + Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency + Proven ability to perform effectively in high-volume, repetitive work environments + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formatting, and tracking tasks + Comfortable learning and navigating systems such as ERP or CRM platforms (SAP, Salesforce, or similar) + Ability to follow structured processes and maintain organization when working with large volumes of data Hours: (Fully onsite) Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Position Overview The position requires strong attention to detail to ensure all records are accurate, properly stored, and compliant with company and regulatory standards. This is a high-volume, process-oriented role best suited for individuals who thrive in structured environments and prioritize data integrity. Key Responsibilities + Review, organize, and prepare paper and electronic quality documents for entry into digital systems + Accurately input and upload data into internal platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, and Excel + Ensure documentation is consistently labeled, categorized, and stored for easy retrieval and audit readiness + Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and alignment across multiple systems + Maintain detailed tracking logs and documentation inventories to monitor backlog progress + Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements + Identify and escalate discrepancies, missing information, or data inconsistencies + Partner with Quality team members to support document control processes and meet project deadlines Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Libertyville, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
