Job Description One of our chemical manufacturing clients is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join their Quality Team in Philadelphia, PA. This role will be fully on-site, Monday to Friday. 7 - 3:30PM. This is a 3-month contract that is likely to extend. Following a recent go-live with SAP, this role supports a significant operational transition by transferring quality and batch-related data from the legacy QCLA system into SAP. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely data migration for all shipped products where systems do not currently integrate. This is a hands-on data entry and system navigation role suited for someone comfortable working in enterprise business systems and managing high volumes of detailed quality data. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Perform daily data entry of quality and batch-related information from QCLA into SAP - Enter CVA (Critical Value Attributes) data for all outbound shipments - Accurately transfer multiple test results per batch (typically 10–20 test results per batch) - Process a large backlog of historical batches (approximately 1,700 batches from 2025–2026) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
