We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to perform advanced data entry duties across multiple systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information, and the capability to support and guide team members as needed.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced alpha/numeric data entry with speed and accuracy.Support multiple data entry tasks across various internal systems.Develop simple standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry processes.Handle and safeguard confidential and sensitive information.Provide guidance to team members once fully proficient in the role.Make independent decisions related to planning, organizing, and prioritizing daily work.Contribute to department-level decisions regarding process improvements, updates, and changes—particularly during system transitions.Review and proofread entered data for completeness and accuracy.Code, sort, and prioritize work.Identify and correct errors through visual inspection.Maintain accurate and organized records.Make simple mechanical or system adjustments (e.g., adjusting settings or control features).Generate reports based on data entered.Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.63 - $24.63/hr.
