Business Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the management and organization of data across various departments, ensuring that data is accurate, accessible, and effectively utilized for decision-making. You will play a key role in supporting cross-functional teams by handling data-related tasks and providing analytical support to help optimize business processes and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Organization
Collect, organize, and manage data from various departments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Update and maintain databases, ensuring all data is current and easily accessible.
Ensure that data is organized in a way that supports business objectives and decision-making processes.
Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on key data points for internal teams.
Provide data-driven insights to support project planning, business strategy, and operational efficiency.
Assist in generating ad-hoc reports as required by various departments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams to gather data from various sources and ensure data meets team needs.
Work with other departments to support data collection and ensure accurate reporting for different projects.
Assist in coordinating data-driven projects across departments, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support for data-related tasks, including data entry and document management.
Assist in maintaining records and documentation of data projects and processes.
Help streamline data processes to improve workflow and reduce errors.

Education / Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate’s degree in Business, Data Management, or a related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in data management, data entry, or administrative support; relevant internships or coursework a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of data management tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on data effectively.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Observe all safety and ISO 9001/14001 Requirements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
