Please note - this role is 100% in office in the downtown Toronto area. Job Duties include, but are not limited to the following: + Review account details and system‑generated information to verify accuracy. + Validate that account data matches required standards and aligns with internal documentation. + Perform routine checks to confirm that information displayed in the system is correct and complete. + Record findings clearly and accurately in tracking systems or internal databases. + Follow established procedures to document verification steps and outcomes. + Maintain high attention to detail while processing large volumes of data. + Escalate discrepancies or irregularities to the appropriate team or supervisor. + Ensure all work is completed within defined quality and productivity targets.
