Description Customer Service Representative We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative / Logistics Coordinator to join a dynamic and reputable logistics company based in Aurora, Colorado. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for career growth within the organization. The role will involve providing exceptional support to customers while ensuring smooth order processing and inventory management. Responsibilities: • Assist customers with shipment inquiries and order fulfillment, ensuring their needs are met promptly. • Accurately input new orders and make updates to existing ones as required. • Coordinate shipping processes using FedEx and collaborate closely with the warehouse team to maintain efficiency. • Manage inventory allocation and ensure spreadsheets are updated with accurate information. • Deliver outstanding customer service and address client concerns with professionalism. • Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status and any updates. • Maintain detailed records of transactions and follow company procedures for data entry. • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational effectiveness. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficiency in managing orders and inventory using spreadsheets or relevant tools. • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with shipping processes and logistics procedures is a plus. • Commitment to providing outstanding customer support.
