Job Description

The Order Entry Specialist I serves as the initial point of contact for processing client orders and supporting administrative workflows. You are expected to accurately enter and manage 70–80% of order-related tasks independently.

Responsibilities

Process client orders using company platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while meeting departmental metrics for volume and turnaround time.Support administrative workflows related to order fulfillment, including documentation, tracking, and system updates.Provide guidance on navigating software applications and hardware tools used in order processing.Independently identify and resolve order discrepancies using established procedures and critical thinking.Escalate complex or non-standard order issues to appropriate teams to ensure seamless client service.Maintain detailed records of all order-related interactions, updates, and resolutions in tracking systems.

Skills and Qualifications Required

High School Diploma or GED required.1+ year of experience in order entry, data entry, or administrative support, preferably in a high-volume, service-oriented environment.Ability to learn and navigate various order management systems.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Proficient in using a PC and navigating multiple systems and applications.Ability to manage connected devices and software tools related to order processing.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Work Environment

Onsite, hours 9AM-6:30PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr.
