Description We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Boardman, Ohio. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate data records using Sage software and other systems. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced wholesale distribution environment while developing your skills further. Responsibilities: • Accurately input, update, and manage data within Sage software and other designated systems. • Conduct thorough reviews of data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies. • Organize and maintain records to ensure accessibility and efficiency. • Generate reports based on data entries to support internal operations. • Collaborate with team members to address and resolve discrepancies in data. • Meet established productivity and accuracy benchmarks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the team. • Assist in maintaining the integrity of company data through regular audits and checks. • Handle physical files or documents periodically, ensuring proper organization. Requirements • Previous experience in a Data Entry Clerk or similar role. • Proficiency in Sage software is essential. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Capability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
