Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will handle the accurate processing and review of traffic images and videos to ensure compliance with established procedures. Based in Lombard, Illinois, this position is a great opportunity for those who excel at organization and precision within the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities: • Review and evaluate traffic images and videos for potential violations, making initial approval or rejection decisions. • Process daily Supervisor Confirm records by visually matching vehicle details and correcting owner information as needed. • Perform data entry tasks for out-of-state license plates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures. • Conduct research using LexisNexis to retrieve information for violation records that require manual lookup. • Identify and communicate effectively any discrepancies or issues in violation records. • Ensure all data is entered and maintained in accordance with company standards and protocols. • Organize and manage electronic and physical files related to violation records. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes. • Collaborate with the team to address challenges and improve processes. • Support general administrative tasks, including scanning and email correspondence. Requirements • Proficiency in 10-key typing and general data entry skills. • Strong customer service abilities with effective communication. • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word for data management. • Ability to organize files and maintain detailed records. • Skilled in performing calculations with accuracy. • Familiarity with scanning and email correspondence tasks. • Capacity to work independently while adhering to established procedures. • High attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data.
