Data Entry Clerk
Job Description We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering data accurately and efficiently, managing email communication, and supporting customer service efforts. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle complex product information and scheduling. Responsibilities + Accurately enter alphanumeric data into relevant systems. + Manage a dedicated email inbox, responding to customer inquiries and scheduling requests. + Communicate effectively via email with a focus on clarity and professionalism. + Organize and categorize data related to high-end home products, including thousands of part numbers. + Handle interactions with challenging customers and manage difficult scheduling scenarios. + Utilize software tools such as Word Suite, Excel, and ERP systems. Essential Skills + Proficiency in data entry and customer service. + Experience with Excel and administrative support. + Strong email communication skills. + Experience with ERP systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Detail-oriented with strong attention to numbers and addresses. + Personable yet focused, able to work quietly and diligently. + Open to learning and able to recall information quickly. + Articulate and takes pride in work. + Stable work history with demonstrated tenure in previous positions. Work Environment This position is based onsite in Carlsbad, working within a team of seven. The work schedule is from 8am to 5pm. The team is composed of analytical individuals who are dedicated to their tasks. The work environment values attendance and reliability. Dress code and work attire are business casual. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
