Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Herndon, Virginia. Responsibilities: • Accurately input and verify data into relevant systems using 10-key skills. • Respond to email inquiries and maintain clear and effective correspondence with customers. • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files for easy retrieval. • Perform calculations and ensure data accuracy in reports and documentation. • Scan, process, and index documents using appropriate tools. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and update spreadsheets and track information. • Prepare well-structured documents and reports using Microsoft Word. • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. • Maintain efficient typing speeds to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related role. • Proficiency in using 10-key data entry tools and techniques. • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle email correspondence professionally. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. • Ability to organize and manage files effectively. • Demonstrated ability to perform calculations with accuracy. • Familiarity with scanning and document processing technologies. • High typing speed and accuracy essential for meeting deadlines.
