Description We are looking for a detail-oriented, onsite Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will support essential data entry functions with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Accurately input accounts payable data into the designated software platform. • Assist in organizing and maintaining paper files related to accounts payable. • Perform efficient and error-free data entry using 10-key systems. • Navigate and utilize organizational systems to complete data-related tasks. • Scan and digitize physical documents for recordkeeping purposes. • Ensure timely and precise updates to financial records and databases. • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow. • Review entries for errors and make corrections as needed. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related role. • Proficiency in 10-key typing with speed and accuracy. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and its basic functions. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to navigate and learn new software systems efficiently. • Experience with scanning and digitizing documents. • Excellent typing and proofreading skills. • Capability to work independently and meet deadlines.
