Job Title: Data Operations Assistant (Temporary)Job Description
The Data Operations Assistant will support daily data operations on a 2‑month temporary assignment, focusing on accurate data entry, system updates, and basic billing reconciliation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and supporting internal teams with clerical and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
+ Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in internal systems and databases.
+ Perform data verification to ensure information is complete, correct, and consistent across systems.
+ Support billing reconciliation by reviewing data for discrepancies and assisting in resolving errors.
+ Process orders and other transactional information using order entry systems.
+ Use Microsoft Excel to input, organize, and update data, including basic spreadsheet tasks.
+ Provide general clerical and administrative support to the team, including filing, document preparation, and record maintenance.
+ Respond to internal customer or stakeholder inquiries related to data and documentation in a professional and timely manner.
+ Use 10-key and typing skills to input high volumes of data quickly and accurately.
+ Follow established procedures and guidelines to handle repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
+ Prioritize and organize daily workload to meet deadlines and support team objectives.
Essential Skills
+ Proven ability to perform accurate data entry in a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience in administrative support, clerical work, or similar roles is preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic spreadsheet tasks.
+ General proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
+ Effective organizational and time management skills.
+ Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining focus and quality.
+ Solid typing and 10-key data entry skills.
+ Good customer service skills for handling internal and external inquiries professionally.
+ High school diploma or above.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
+ Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical positions is preferred.
+ Experience with order entry processes is an advantage.
+ Strong general computer skills and comfort working with multiple systems and applications.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment.
Work Environment
This is an onsite position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The role involves working in an office environment using computers, Microsoft Office applications, and data entry systems for most of the day. The position is temporary, with an expected duration of approximately two months, and involves primarily desk-based work with frequent use of keyboard and 10-key input devices.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
