Data Entry Associate

Job Description

The Records Administrator is responsible for entering information from digital maintenance and documents into the computerized maintenance tracking system. The role includes participating in peer-to-peer training when necessary, reviewing digital records for legibility, and appropriately indexing each document. The Records Administrator also handles incoming mail, ensuring that original hard copy documents correspond with the digital records.

Responsibilities

Enter and verify information from maintenance documents, such as discrepancies and corrective actions, into the computerized maintenance tracking system.Ensure legibility and index each page of digital maintenance documents.Match original documents with digital records, verify legibility of scanned maintenance documents, and forward completed work orders to the library.Assist the supervisor with additional duties as needed.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.Order entry experience.Minimum of 2 years in data entry or equivalent experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Typing skills with a minimum speed of 65 words per minute.High School Diploma.Previous experience in a records management role.

Work Environment

This role is fully onsite at the corporate office, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The dress code is business casual.

This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
