Job Title: Data Entry Analyst
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist for a contract-to-hire position. Your primary responsibilities will include inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our ERP system, as well as utilizing spreadsheets and internal tools. Precision, consistency, and effective communication are key in this role. You will be expected to keep relevant personnel informed, ask questions when necessary, and address issues proactively.

ResponsibilitiesInput, update, and verify data in the ERP system to ensure records are accurate, complete, and current.Work daily in spreadsheets, performing tasks such as sorting, filtering, formatting, and using basic formulas.Follow documented workflows and standard operating procedures to complete assignments on time.Execute project plans and task lists as directed.Review your work for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information before submission.Communicate status updates, questions, and potential issues to your supervisor and team leads.Collaborate with managers and other departments to gather information and collect feedback.Organize and maintain digital files and records for easy access.Assist with data cleanup, formatting, and migration projects as needed.Respond promptly to emails, messages, and requests from internal teams.Essential SkillsData entry expertiseProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookupsExperience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central2+ years of experience in data entry, data migration, or data analyticsAdditional Skills & QualificationsStrong data management and data integrity skillsExperience in data cleaning and data cleansing activitiesProject support experienceWork Environment

The position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring on-site presence two days a week, specifically on Thursdays.

This is a Contract position based out of Berkeley, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
