Job Title: Administrative Data Entry Specialist

Duration: 5 or 6 months initially, then possible switch to permanent

Workload: Full-time hours

Setup: Autonomo (Freelance)

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Some onsite days required for initial contract)

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support administrative tasks, document creation, and data entry while working with a leading SaaS travel management platform.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organised records. Create and manage documents to support operational workflows. Work within a SaaS environment to ensure smooth travel-related processes. Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

 

Must-Have Skills:

Exceptional administrative and organisational skills. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 

Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with SaaS platforms (experience with travel management tools is a plus). Previous experience in remote freelance setups. Basic understanding of travel industry processes.
