Key responsibilities:   Lead presales and delivery engagements as a Technical Lead.  Break down business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.  Estimate the effort required to deliver a solution.  Coordinate team efforts to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.  Ensure high-level stakeholders’ satisfaction.  Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices, and be a technical advisor to clients.  Lead and develop team members to their full potential.  Provide recognition and regular feedback.  Support team members in professional development.  Be a professional and technical role model for other team members.  Make work environment interesting, engaging and fun.    What we need to see from you Qualifications:   6+ years of experience in a Data Engineering and/or BI Engineering role. Strong experience in the Azure Data technology stack and/or Databrics. Proven experience in a Team Leader or Tech Leader role with 3+ years in a direct leader role. Working experience in agile environments applying SAFe and Scrum frameworks. Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills. Fluent in Polish and very good in English. Experience in Snowflake and is a plus. Experience in AWS is plus.
