We are looking for a passionate Data Engineering & Data Visualization Led to join our team and help us leverage data to improve our products and customer experiences.

Position Overview:
The Data Engineering & Data Visualization Lead will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy, developing scalable data pipelines, and creating insightful visualizations to support decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilities are as follows:

Data Engineering:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Azure and Databricks for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.Implement best practices for data management, including data governance, security, and compliance.

Data Visualization:

Lead the development of interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Gen 2 that provide insights into business performance and market behaviour.Create compelling visualizations that communicate complex data in an accessible manner.

Technology and Innovation:

Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and visualization, particularly within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance data capabilities within the organization.Drive innovation by exploring new methodologies for data analysis and visualization.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field2+ years of experience in data engineering and data visualization, with a proven track.Proficiency in Microsoft data bricks & and Power BI Gen 2.Proficiency in SQL, Python and PySpark programming skillsProficiency with data architecture and data processing tools.Certifications preferred: Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer Associate [DP-700] or Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate / Professional & Microsoft Power BI (PL-300) certification preferred.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
