Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile Automation and Analytics Specialist to join our central analytics and automation team. This key role supports multiple departments by developing scalable data solutions, automating manual workflows, and providing deep business insights through advanced analysis and forecasting.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills in Python and SQL with solid experience in business process analysis and statistical modeling. They will understand complex processes, identify automation opportunities, and perform advanced analytics—including regression modeling and forecasting—to drive data-informed decisions and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and map complex business processes to identify automation and efficiency opportunities, particularly within Customer Operations and other business unitsDevelop, implement, and maintain automation workflows using Python and APIs to streamline manual tasksExtract, manipulate, and analyze data using advanced SQL queriesApply statistical techniques and predictive models such as regression analysis to generate actionable insightsBuild and maintain forecasting models to support planning and decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Sales, etc.) to understand challenges and translate business questions into analytical frameworks and solutionsEnsure data quality, consistency, and integrity across automated processes and reportsConduct detailed business analyses by breaking down processes into components and designing data-driven improvements and dashboardsDrive initiatives that reduce manual workload and improve user experience across team

Qualifications

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in automation, analytics, or related rolesProficient in Python programming – requiredAdvanced SQL skills – requiredExperience with statistical analysis, regression modeling, and forecasting techniquesStrong business acumen and ability to understand and analyze complex business processesExperience working with large datasets and automation infrastructuresExcellent communication and teamwork skillsExperience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) – a plusExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) – a plus
